- Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 72 hours before the scheduled check-in time.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled check-in time will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 20% of the total booking amount.
- No-shows or early departures will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

- To cancel your reservation, please contact our reservations team via email or phone at least 72 hours before the scheduled check-in time.
- Provide your booking details, including the reservation number, guest name, and check-in date, to facilitate the cancellation process.

- Any modifications made to the reservation may affect the total booking amount and are subject to the current rates and availability.

- In the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government-imposed travel restrictions, we reserve the right to modify or cancel bookings without prior notice.
